Amber Scruggs, owner of Little Moon photography, works out of the NOVA Virginia area, including DC, Maryland and Northern Virginia. Her images on her blog are crisp, clean, and beautiful. She’s got lots of lovely textures and hats to surround all the adorable babies she has recently featured~Amber does a great job of capturing the fresh beauty of newborns, and her other work is lovely as well.I also adore the rounded corners on her photos, that is like the second or third time I’ve seen those and I keep forgetting to find out if it is an action or what. Amber?

I subscribed to your news feed several posts (several of YOUR posts) ago because I thought you would provide direction to sites of interest. While you have done that, and the photographers you point to showcase some talent, you demonstrate an obvious bent toward photographers who appeal to a feminine audience. Considering that, I foresee unsubscribing to your blog updates within one or two more posts unless you change your posting habits. I hope you don’t see this as a complaint as much as a constructive critique. Your site URL is “blogsofphotogs.com,” yet you don’t post about real photographers as much as you post about photographers of babies. I would suggest you drop the “blogsofphotogs” (I hate the term “photogs”) as look for a domain name more appropriate for a lover of infant photography.

Of course everyone is entitled to their own opinion, but I think it is quite interesting that you should leave this comment when the two previous photographers featured are both male and quite obviously not newborn photographers. Mary, LOVE your site, keep up the great work, I love the daily inspiration!
