Okay, so its not a “photography blog” but its something that every photographer should know about. Its a wonderful review site for photography vendors, created by Susan Robichaud. Anyone who has been near a photography board in the past year knows that *everyone* (and their mothers, lol) is selling something: actions, presets, templates, workshops, jewelry,... Kevin’s Blog just feels like a breath of fresh air. I’ve looked at so many blogs lately (and thats why it takes longer between posts…burnout) and they are All. Starting. To. Look. The. Same. (to me.) Ok, first off I have to tell you I live in Minneapolis, MN. We have cold cold winters, a few days ago the temperature was about -15F, heat wave right now with a whopping 32 degrees… Add the windchill in and by February, I’m so over winter. So, I’m loving this blog from sunny warm... Wow… you are all going to love this blog. I meant to post earlier today about it but then I got a little lost reading it and enjoying all the variety of work. Fabulous! Husband and wife team Adi and Cat Benner in California are “Next Exit” photography. Their blog is here and site here. I know there are some amazingly talented photographers out there who I have never heard of. I’m always amazed when I stumble across them and wonder all day how I never have before. Susan Stripling is one such photographer. Her blog is wonderful to read, and if you scroll down a bit, you will see...  I get literally hundreds of emails asking to be featured on the blog, (and if you emailed to the gmail account, I got it and I’ll get to your site as soon as I can!)However, I get a few sending me to another photographers site, and thats where I found Beautiful Heart. (thanks Ellen!) Sherri’s... Jennifer has such a fresh upbeat style to her blog. Love the title header of her blog, Life’s one Happy Game… great attitude!Her site is here and her blog is here and she works out of Phoenix/Glendale in Arizona. Make sure you peek back in her archives too… neat stuff.  I’ve had several local (I’m in Minneapolis, MN) photographers email me and ask tentatively if I would feature their blog on the blogs of photogs. I’ve always answered back with a *sure will!* I feel strongly that karma is real, that what goes around comes around. Also, there is a nice, large market here in our area,... First my daughter was sick (asthma attacks, coughing all night) then I got sick and am still in bed with a fever and all sorts of ickies. Thanks to those who emailed wondering why I haven’t posted. I hope to be back soon!  I love the variety of maternity photos on his site, (here) but his flickr set of maternity photos has so many more to enjoy, just had to share it here. I’ve done my share of maternity photos, (but they really are not my favorites,) but Gregory Katsoulis really does a stunning job of showcasing the... I stumbled across this blog: Caught on Film Photography, by Pamela and Shawn Richter in San Diego/La Jolla, CA. They have lots of great beach shots and senior work, with neat blends/collages, etc if you need some inspiration there.
