Mary, I’d send an email but I figured you probably get hundreds a day. I just wanted to take the time to Thank you for all you do. Thanksgiving is a time to be thankful and your a part of that blessing. You have passed on several inspirational photographers that I would have never got the pleasure of seeing. wow. thanks for this. these are amazing and truly inspiring. I’m always blown away at photographers who can capture the everyday events of life in a beautifully stunning way like this.

Under her Pages section check out her Giving Back to the Community. She started a project called Jonathan’s Gift, where 2 complimentary photo sessions are given to a cleft palate child, one before surgery and one after surgery. Her own son Jonathan was a cleft baby. If you go back far enough in her blog you will see some lovely cleft babies. Angela can see their natural beauty and really brings our attention to it. I think there are some “after” sessions coming up in the not too distant future. I’ve been one of her blog stalkers for a while now.

Really beautiful work. I too love those black and whites. So perfect in terms of contrast and creaminess! I have been tweaking my black and whites forever and still cannot achieve that look. Anyone out there that knows how to get there in PS, can explain the process and is willing to share…I would be eternally grateful! Keep up the great work blogs of photos - I’m learning so much! I only hope some day (definitely not soon) I too will be a feature! Thanks!
